Central Hostel Bg - Bergamo

The beds are fresh and clean. The location is convenient and close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The check-in was efficient and my room was ready earlier than expected. The bathroom in the room was perfect. There is a bar option for dinner.

Room was clean and cosy, free wi-fi was a plus. Vending machines are available on the ground floor and the bar is open until 1.00 AM

Noise insulation wasn`t that good, breakfast was very primitive for 60 EUR/night - only drinks and cereals. Though, coffee was great and staff helpful.

Our flight was early in the morning and the room price included breakfast. Breakfast is served too late ( from 8 ) and it was not possible to get a packed breakfast or even a cup of coffee. A hostel without kitchen facilities to make your own coffee.

Convenient location near train and bus stations. Clean, spacious room with modern amenities. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Great for solo travelers. Close to airport transportation.

It was cheap enough, close to the central station and the downtown was in 30 minutes reachable.

The English knowledge of the hotel staff is poor.

Breakfast, i.e. awful juice, white bread, horrible coffee. We ended up buying extra food in the supermarket.

The location of the hostel is really convenient, being close to both the train station and the city center. There is also a funicular nearby that takes you up to the old town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is polite and helpful, providing good service to guests.

There were some noise issues in the rooms, with thin walls that allowed sounds from outside to be heard.

Central location. Close to the train station and buses to the airport. Ac and the tv worked fine. Wifi worked after waiting some minute for the computer to get an ip from the dhcp (took more than 1 min for my computer to get an ip).

Hotel in really bad shape, probably full of mold. I'm allergic and noticed directly that something wasn't right with this hostel. They haven't done any proper renovation, the walls in our room had many color spots that had been painted several times (probably to cover mold stains). Breakfast was terrible, can not even call it a continental breakfast and they expect you to clean the table! Luckily we only stayed for one night. Not worth paying €60 for this hostel, especially considering that we paid €58 for a 3-star hotel in Milan.

The hotel was close to the train station (10 min). The price is economic and it has got the basic services.

The breakfast choice is a little poor.

The hotel was very clean, the room was big.

The air conditioner didn't work, our room was on last floor and it was very hot ;( Don't pick up taxi from the hotel reception, because it cost 7 euro per person and it is transfer for many people not only for you.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and approachable. They acknowledged my request for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city and there were restaurants within a few minutes' walk. I also found the option to leave luggage in the lockers provided by the hostel very useful.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The room had a cigarette smell on the first day, most likely due to a previous guest smoking with the windows open.
